CAP-MR/DD – Includes Home and Community Supports, Personal Care, Respite Care, Enhanced Personal Care and Respite Care, Supported Employment, Caregiver Training and Caregiver Education, and Specialized Consultative Services for individuals with disabilities.  Available at our Lenoir, Boone, Charlotte, Forest City, Statesville, Tarboro, Whiteville, and Wilmington locations.

Community Based Rehabilitation Services - Early Intervention - Includes services to help children under the age of 3 to develop communication skills, social skills, emotional and behavioral skills, as well as providing therapy for autistic children in North Carolina.  Services provided in Iredell, Watauga, Columbus, Bladen, New Hanover and surrounding counties.

Community Support (CS) - Support to assist individuals in overcoming or managing functional problems in the home, community, and school. Community support programs available through our Lenoir, Boone, Charlotte, Forest City, Statesville, Tarboro, Whiteville, and Wilmington North Carolina offices.

Developmental Therapy - Therapy for both children and adults, focusing on self-help, language and development, self-care, and independent living skills.  Therapy services provided through our Lenoir, Boone, Charlotte, Forest City, Statesville, Tarboro, Whiteville, and Wilmington North Carolina offices.

Assessments - Includes mental health and psychological assessments, drug and alcohol assessments, supported employment evaluations, and early intervention evaluations for children. Assessments provided through our Lenoir, Boone, Charlotte, Forest City, Statesville, Tarboro, Whiteville, and Wilmington North Carolina offices.

Personal Care - – Provides in-home personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities or medical conditions. Personal Care services provided through our Lenoir, Tarboro, Whiteville, and Wilmington North Carolina locations.

School-Based Behavioral Healthcare - Includes behavioral counseling for children and natural supports education in NC. Services provided in Lenoir, Boone, Charlotte, Forest City, Statesville, Tarboro, Whiteville, and Wilmington North Carolina.

Substance Abuse and Therapy Services - Includes outpatient treatment programs for alcoholism and drug abuse.  Also includes family therapy, individual and group therapy, anger management therapy and parenting skills.   Services provided in our Whiteville, Forest City and Boone, North Carolina locations.

Supported Employment - Includes vocational training (on the job training for people with disabilities).  Vocational Rehabilitation Services available at our Lenoir, Boone, Whiteville, and Wilmington North Carolina offices.
