Our Lenoir, NC office serves Caldwell and the surrounding counties of McDowell, Burke, Catawba, Lincoln, and Alexander and provides the following services: CAP-MR/DD Services including Home and Community Supports, Home Supports, Supported Employment, Personal Care, Respite Care, Individual/Caregiver Training & Education, and Specialized Consultative Services.  We also offer Community Support, School-Based Behavioral Services, Developmental Therapy, Comprehensive Assessments, Targeted Case Management, Personal Assistance and Vocational Rehabilitation. In-Home Aide services are provided through CAP/DA, CAP/C and Medicaid Personal Care Services.
