Our Charlotte, NC office serves Mecklenburg and the surrounding counties of Gaston, Union, Stanly, Cabarrus, and Rowan and provides the following services: CAP-MR/DD Services including Home and Community Supports, Home Supports, Supported Employment, Personal Care, Respite Care Individual/Caregiver Training & Education, and Specialized Consultative Services. Other services include Community Support, School-Based Behavioral Services, Personal Assistance and Comprehensive Assessments. We also offer services for Developmental Disabilities through Piedmont Behavioral Health’s Cardinal Innovations Waiver.
