Our Boone, NC office serves Watauga and the surrounding counties of Avery, Ashe, Alleghany, and Wilkes and  provides the following services: CAP-MR/DD Services including Home and Community Supports, Home Supports, Supported Employment, Personal Care, Respite Care Individual/Caregiver Training & Education, and Specialized Consultative Services.  We also offer Community Support, Early Childhood Intervention, School-Based Behavioral Services, Developmental Therapy, Comprehensive Assessments, Targeted Case Management, Personal Assistance, Vocational Rehabilitation and Therapy.
